What you need to know
The new system is flexible and you can choose a plan to best suit your needs. You can choose between three options that offer health insurance and/or Stebby credit. Please note that you cannot change your selection before the next selection period.
Selection period
New employees have 2 months from the date they start work to make their choice. In order for the package to be valid from the following month, you have until the 20th to apply; if you apply after the 21st, the package will be valid from the month after next. This principle will apply for each new employee until the next selection period.
Who are the wellness plans for?
The wellness plans are for employees who have an active employment contract in Estonia, and for members of the management board who have a contract of service.
How to make a selection?
Computer users can do it on the HR portal under “My applications”.
Non-computer users can do it on Forms.
100% Stebby
- Cost: €40 own contribution per year (deducted from January’s wages).
- Stebby credit of €400 per year (€100 per quarter) for wellness services.
- No health insurance.
100% Health Insurance
- Cost: own contribution must be paid only when using the service.
- No Stebby.
50% Stebby / 50% Health Insurance
- Cost: €20 own contribution per year (deducted from January’s wages).
- Credit: €200 per year (€50 per quarter) for wellness services.

Family member insurance
Anyone who joins a package that includes insurance will be able to sign up a contract for their family member in January.
The insurance for the family member costs €400 per year and the contract is concluded directly with If Insurance.
Who are considered family members?
Your spouse or partner and up to children up to and including the age of 18.
Limited time to apply
You can apply for family cover up to 14 days after your health Insurance takes effect.
The insurance period is from 01.02.2025 to 31.12.2025.
The insurance will be taken out for 11 months and will take effect from the date of invoice. Payment of the invoice by the due date.
You pay for the insurance for your family members.
One week before the start of the insurance period, If Insurance will send you an e-mail the policy and the invoice. The premium is payable in one instalment. You can find out more about the cost of the insurance from your from your employer.
