Our technology parks
Enefit Iru Technology Park and Iru Power Plant
Efficient combined heat and power plant managed by Enefit Green AS, which together produces the electricity as well as district heat energy for the city of Tallinn. Thanks to the most modern WtE (Waste-to Energy) technology, the depositing of household waste in landfills in Estonia has been brought to a minimum, ensuring a more environmentally friendly and clean future .
The electrical production capacity of the power plant is 17 MW , offering a possibility to connect large users exceeding 10 MW directly to the power station. The total territory of the Enefit Iru Technology Park is 50 ha, 100,000 m2 of which includes development plots with a valid detailed plan for future customers.
The favourable location next to the biggest logistics junction of Estonia and the airport enables one to save on the related transport costs.
Enefit Narva Technology Park and Balti Power Plant
The electrical capacity of the combined heat and power plant managed by Enefit Energiatootmine AS is ca 200 MW, at the same time heating the city of Narva through the district heating network.
The total territory of Enefit Narva Technology Park exceeds 100 ha, whilst offering a wide variety of possibilities: plots ready to be developed, existing warehouse, office and production facilities, excellent logistics by railway or road and electrical connection capacity up to 100 MW. The technology park has reliable and duplicated connections to the Estonian electrical system's backbone - the transmission network at a voltage of 110 as well as 330 kV.
This is the technology park that most likely offers the best supply security in Estonia, also accommodating the biggest data processing centres of the region today.
Enefit Technology Park concept
Our technology parks are above all suitable for companies consuming at least 1 GWh of electricity per year .
Our ambition is to become the biggest technology park in the Baltics that operates next to the power station, with the annual consumption of electricity by customers being 350 GWh.
